IAB Studio RIA Server 4.5 Released

New release of IAB Studio 4.5 includes a few enhancements in the Reporting and visual Workflow suites as well as a modified setup procedure.

This product allows for singularly develop and maintain enterprise web applications; only web browser is required on user/developer’s computer (no VM, no applets, no plug-ins) for designing and deploying applications. IAB Studio has also many resources to administer databases, security, membership and content. To make the development process easier IAB Studio has built-in instant messenger, calendar, appointment scheduler and task manager.

All components of IAB Studio are generic, reusable and can be easily modified for any business logic. RIA abilities of the product make the applications more compact, flexible and user friendly. Minimum efforts and a very short learning curve are required to implement IAB Studio as a web application development platform for enterprises of any size. Over 50 controls will help developers for concentrating on business logic instead of coding GUI. Java based server-side programming without JavaScript knowledge will be needed to build advanced web applications fast and turning their complexity to simple solutions.

IAB Studio is working in MS Windows, Linux/Unix (AIX, BSD) environments, major databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, Sybase, MySQL, …) and can be integrated with any web controller. This independent product can also be used in conjunction with such IDE as Eclipse, WebSphere, WebLogic Portal/Workshop and a few other IDE and development portals.
