ATMIC ERP with CRM is released

The first commercial implementation of ATMIC ERP with CRM released.

We have completed integration of our process driven ERP with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This integration opens new perspectives for the customers. Sales automation, perspective planning, order processing and warehouse management in this integrated product allow to simplify business management and administration.

This implementation was done based on the requirements of an accounting firm that uses our ERP. The web-based system adds flexibility in processing their business remotely over the internet. The application provides an intuitive web interface to various business modules, allows managing documents, processes, and communications. This application can be easily integrated with entire information management system of a small-to-medium enterprise, and become a handful business tool.

• CRM
  Customer Relationship Management module supports such membership functionality as profiles, communication and a simple workflow with reminder.
• Bookkeeping
  Bookkeeping module helps in tracking general and project specific expenses, banking, and Tax reports.
• General ledger (GL)
  The general ledger module allows to manage specifies entries against various accounts.
• Payroll
  This module supports payroll functionality, generates slips, and distributes slips via CRM.
• Project portfolio management (PPM)
  This tightly integrated module help keeping all projects in the picture, analyze their status, track used and plan funds and resources.
• Reporting
  This module allows to generate specified and custom reports and safe reports in repository in PDF format.
• Logistics
  This module is integrated with stock, inventory and ordering functionality via CRM.
• Human resources (HR)
  This module supports hiring workflow, including company structure, position/job requirements, opportunity advertising, collecting resumes, keeping profiles of the candidates and employees or contractors in CRM.
• Contract management
  This module helps in selection and customization of company’s contracts, and tracks their status, It also integrated with CRM and reminder workflow.
• Documents and records management (DRM)
  This document and records management modules keeps the documents in easy accessible order, and supports indexing, profiling, and document routing.
